Fiona Park, Senior Associate Director, Learning Success
Fiona Park is the Senior Associate Director of Learning Success at Yale School of Management Executive Education, where she partners with global and domestic organizations and university leaders to design and deliver world-class executive education programs. With extensive experience in international relationship management and cross-cultural collaboration, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that connect people, ideas, and leadership across cultures.
Fiona has been an active member of the Asian Network at Yale (ANY) since 2024, serving as Co-Chair of the Wellness Subcommittee from 2024–2026 before stepping into the role of ANY Co-Chair. During her time on the Wellness team, she helped organize programs that fostered connection, well-being, and community across Yale. As Co-Chair, she is committed to building an inclusive and engaging network that celebrates Asian cultures, supports professional growth, and strengthens collaboration across the university.
Outside of Yale, Fiona also serves on the Board of Directors for the Penn Club of New Haven. She enjoys bringing people together through community events, leadership development, and meaningful conversations that create lasting connections.
Shemshat Aizenshtat, Acquisitions Assistant
Shemshat works with the Special Collections team at Yale University Library, where she has the privilege of handling rare books, prints, and historical objects behind the scenes. Although her role is primarily in the back office, she is often among the first to carefully examine these remarkable materials before they are made available to researchers and visitors. It is a unique and rewarding experience that deepens her appreciation for history, preservation, and the stories these collections hold.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She is passionate about running and loves being outdoors whenever she has the opportunity, whether it’s exploring nature or simply enjoying fresh air.
She is honored to be part of the Asian community at Yale and looks forward to helping build an even stronger, more connected community. She hopes to foster meaningful friendships, create opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the continued growth of Yale’s Asian network.
