Join the chefs of the Asian Network at Yale for a demonstration & tasting of four stuffed dishes- Bao, Baked Delight, Manti, and Spring Roll. Chefs will share recipes, stories, and demonstrate techniques of crafting these delicious stuffed Asian dishes. Best of all enjoy a tasting of each!
