We collaborated with Shirley Chock, former ANY co-chair and current leader of Ai Ping Tai Chi Center to bring two sessions of tai chi to our ANY members. We were also happy to support a woman- and Asian-owned local business. We had 65 participants between the two sessions and saw new and old ANY members join these sessions to take time to self-care.
