On October 19 we cleaned the trails on summit with the Park Ranger Dan Barvir and members from Friends of East Rock Park. It was the first time that we picked up trash while park visitors were still hanging out. After the cleaning work, we had a pizza picnic in a pavilion of the park. This is a very good opportunity to show the presence of Asian community in Great New Haven area. We not only played an important role in protecting the local environment, but also made friends with each other and enjoyed the pleasant weather and beautiful view.
