FLY is excited to partner with author and Certified Speaking Professional Joy Baldridge as she takes us on a journey to better understand today’s intergenerational workforce. In this interactive workshop, Joy will touch upon the 5 generations that make up our workforce today and how to be more authentic and inclusive in our diverse relationships. In addition to teaching us how to break through conscious and unconscious generational stereotypes, Joy will also emphasize how to help understand one another and cohesively work together in achieving the best goals, relationships, and work experiences.
