Often when you’re stressed out, it is very difficult to calm your mind because it is overloaded and is like a runaway train with the brakes cut. These simple techniques that help you direct your mind to feeling the tension in your body serve as an override system to “hack” your mind into relaxing by dissolving the tension in your body. These techniques can be done seated and each one only take a few minutes.
