Thriving in a Hybrid Work Environment

Do you want to optimize and refine your hybrid work? Join Future Leaders of Yale for “Thriving in a Hybrid Work Environment,” a Lean In mentorship session. Our distinguished panelists represent fellow Yale colleagues who have adapted to this current work context and will share their strategies to apply to your own approach.

The panelists will discuss how to stay motivated in the hybrid work environment, suggestions for balancing work and personal life, resources and support at Yale, and how to continue to grow and make progress professionally. The event will feature a Q&A session with the panelists, and is co-sponsored by the Asian Network at Yale, Women’s Working Network, and Yale African American Affinity Group.

Our panelists are:

• Susan Abramson, Manager of Work Life Program and Child Care Resource
• Alina Colossale, Early Career Development Specialist
• Timothy Gomer, Director of Finance
• Marion Miller, Manager of Pre-Clerkship Course Curriculum, Office of Curriculum
