Virtual: ANY, LGBTQ, & WWN Sweat & Sip!

As we transition from Fall to Winter, join us for our November wellness series, Sweat & Sip! Each Wednesday, November 4, 11, and 18 at 5pm, the Asian Network at Yale, LGBTQ Affinity Group, and Working Women’s Network are hosting a movement and meditation series. This series will feature 30 minutes of mindful movement, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and 20 minutes to sip on your beverage of choice while connecting with members of the Yale community.

The workout is low-impact with pilates- and yoga-informed movements. A yoga mat and handheld weights are optional and not required. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and have hydration handy! Looking forward to moving and meditating together as we enter into the holiday season.
